PROGRAM

ACCOMMODATION
≡ UECT federal campsite:
Capacities and facilities : The UECT federal campsite, located 1 km from the Sportstad Abe Lenstra Boulevard 23-Q Heerenveen (Netherlands) office, will be organised into five separate areas, depending on the situation.
→ 4 areas motorhomes and caravans : with a total capacity of 482 pitches are planned mostly on grassy meadows, with a few pitches on gravel or tarmac
→ 1 area tents : with a capacity of 93 pitches are planned within the city (mostly on grassy meadows.
The local organisers have opted for paid individual electrical hook-ups,
• 250 hook-ups for motorhomes/caravans
• 54 hook-ups for tents
Reservations will close once these quotas for pitch capacity, individual electrical hook-ups been reached.
Given the logistical constraints, it will not be possible to make cohabit:
• Motorhomes and caravans with individual electrical hook-ups and motorhomes and caravans without individual electrical hook-ups
• Motorhomes/caravans with tents, as the tent area is not accessible to motorhomes/caravans, and tents with motorhomes/caravans, as the pitch areas are not located in the same place.
• The motorhomes over 7.50 m with other motorhomes/caravans and canvas tents.

EXCURSIONS
Excursion bookings can only be made in advance via the electronic registration form.
For accompanying persons, the tour program will focus exclusively on tourist sites with French-speaking and English-speaking guides.
HIKING TRAILS
No organised tours by UECT, but marked walking routes around Heerenveen are available (price €3 per booklet) from the Tourist Office - Museum - Minckelersstraat 11 - Heerenveen info@museumheerenveen.frl
MEALS
Meal reservations must be made in advance via the electronic registration form
• Breakfast for up to 50 people each day will be served from Saturday 11 to Saturday 18 July 2026 in the catering area of the Sportstad Sports Complex in Heerenveen
• Dinners for a maximum of 200 people each day will be served from Saturday 11 to Thursday 16 July 2026 in the catering area of the Sportstad Sports Complex in Heerenveen.
• The closing dinner/gala for a maximum of 300 people will take place on Friday 13 July 2026 at the Hof van de Koning Restaurant in Heerenveen.
ENTERTAINMENTS
From Saturday 11 to Friday 18 July 2026, every evening from 8 p.m. at the Sportstad Sports Complex in Heerenveen.

• Friday, 10 July 2026, 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday, 11 July 2026, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m

ROAD BIKE ROUTES
⇒ How to read the route in the Netherlands
The road cycling routes are currently being finalised. According to the specifications, the following is planned :
• A discovery route without refreshments, marked with green/white signs (as shown in the image) and GPX tracks, covering 99 km on Saturday and 79 km on Sunday afternoon
• Monday to Friday every day with free refreshments, marked with green/white signs (as shown in the image) and GPX tracks, ranging from 36 to 48 km – 69 to 80 km – 103 to 188 km depending on the day
• We will be in a region with no elevation gain, but you will need to familiarise yourself with the road junction markers to find the route.
• Each participant will have a paper roadbook and the routes marked on an Openrunner map extract.
• The various cycling routes will be available online in March 2026 on our website on this page, after a final reconnaissance by bicycle and authorisation from the local/administrative authorities.

> Registration will close once 1,500 participants have been reached, or on 11 June 2026 at the latest.
> Rate increases: €10 increase in registration fees if registration is not paid in full before 10 May 2026.
> For payments by bank transfer: The payment must be credited to the UECT bank account no later than the 10th day from the date of creation of the file. Please specify the file number when making your transfer. After this period, your registration will be automatically cancelled..
> Groups of clubs or individuals at UECT federal campsites: applications must be sent by 24 May 2026 at the latest by email to info@uect.org by providing your reference number and the other person's reference number, satisfaction will be provided to the extent possible and subject to the logistical constraints as indicated above..
> Cancellation by the participant: in cases of personal force majeure (nominative) duly justified and formulated, to be sent only by electronic means to the address info@uect.org. Valid until 11 June 2026 inclusive for a full refund.
